The compact mid-fold container house is the freight-efficiency champion of our range: folded to 5800 × 2470 × 320 mm, fourteen units load into one 40HQ container. That is fourteen finished rooms crossing an ocean for the price of one container movement.
The Loading Sequence
Each unit is folded at the factory, wrapped in stretch film with foam edge protection and corner guards, then stacked and lashed inside the container by our packing team. The folded pack is deliberately slim — 320 mm — so units interleave with minimal wasted cube.
Designed Backwards from the Container
Nothing about the packing is an afterthought. The folding geometry, the position of hardware, even the window protection are engineered around the container’s internal dimensions. On site, a 4–5 person crew unfolds, levels and connects each unit in 6–8 hours with basic tools.
