Frequently Asked
Questions.

How does the ordering process work?

Start with an enquiry covering model, quantity, destination port and target configuration. We reply with a quotation and layout drawings; production begins after you confirm the CAD drawings and place the deposit. Units are built, inspected and photographed in the factory, then packed and shipped on the schedule stated in your quotation, with shipping documents issued before arrival.

What can be customized?

Layout, exterior color and cladding, insulation type and thickness, flooring, doors and windows, furniture and electrical standards are all configurable before production. Structural changes that affect the folding or expansion mechanism are reviewed by our engineering team against the CAD drawings. Send your requirement list with the enquiry and we confirm feasibility, pricing impact and lead time in the quotation.

What is the minimum order quantity?

There is no fixed MOQ. Single units and small batches are welcomed for pilot projects and demonstration sites, while dealers and program buyers receive volume pricing tiers. Because container loading, production scheduling and configuration all affect cost, the minimums and unit pricing for your project are confirmed in your quotation rather than published as a flat number.

What is the lead time?

Lead time is confirmed per order in your quotation, based on model, configuration complexity and production queue at the time of booking. Seasonal peaks and custom electrical packages can extend the schedule, so we state a production window and a target shipping date for every order and keep you updated at each production milestone until the unit leaves the factory.

How are units shipped and offloaded?

Units ship in folded or flat-packed form inside standard containers, secured with protective wrapping and corner protection; oversized or bulk orders can move on flat racks where the quotation specifies. You arrange offloading at the destination with a forklift or crane of the capacity stated in your quotation, and unloading guidance is provided with the shipping document pack.

What warranty do you provide?

Warranty terms for structure, watertightness, finishes and electrical components are specified in every quotation and contract, so the coverage you receive matches the configuration you ordered. Warranty documentation is issued with the shipping documents for each order. If a covered issue appears during the warranty period, contact our team with photos or video and we will respond with a resolution plan.

Can the electrical system match my local standard?

Yes. Electrical packages can be configured to EU, US, UK, AU or other project-specific standards, including voltage, breaker layout, socket types and switch gear. Tell us the destination market when requesting a quotation and the factory builds the electrical system to match, with wiring diagrams included in the technical documentation supplied with your order.

What documentation do you provide?

Each order ships with technical documentation covering production drawings, wiring diagrams, packing list and installation guidance; bills of lading and other export documents are issued for customs clearance. Component certificates for key materials and fittings are available on request, and a BOQ-based quotation lets your team verify exactly what is included before you confirm the order.
