How the loading math works

The calculator uses the published loading quantity for each model: up to 14 Compact Mid-Fold units, 6 F720, 4 × 10ft, 2 × 20ft or 1 × 30ft per 40HQ container. The 40ft model is oversized and ships on a 40 ft flat rack instead. Mixed-model plans are optimised case by case by our logistics team, so treat the results as a planning estimate — your quotation confirms the final container plan.

Handling at destination

Expandable and folding units unload by forklift or crane with a minimum 5 t capacity; the Compact Mid-Fold, at 1,000 kg gross, is the lightest to handle on site. See Shipping & Logistics for packaging details, and the journal for a walkthrough of how 14 folding houses load into one container.
