Small Fold, Full Interior
On site, the slim frame unfolds to a 29.5 m² interior with 2260 mm headroom — insulated walls, finished flooring, electrical and wet-area provisions already installed at the factory. A 4–5 person crew completes installation in 6–8 hours without a crane.
What Six-Per-Container Changes
For resort and rental programs, container-level economics change the business case: one booking covers a full 40HQ of inventory, and phased deliveries let operators scale site-by-site rather than committing to a full compound up front. Combined with optional solar and battery packages, the F720 targets off-grid and remote placements where conventional construction is slowest.
